Is there a licensed daycare in the Queensland community?
Yes — Kids Adventures Child Care is located on Queensland Drive SE, serving families across Queensland and the surrounding communities. Being licensed in Alberta means we meet provincial standards for safety, staffing, and program quality, and families can access government affordability funding here.
What ages does daycare in Queensland accept?
Our centre welcomes children from 1 month to 6 years, across infant, toddler, and preschool/kindergarten-readiness programs. Each room is designed for that age group’s needs — from gentle infant care to play that builds the skills preschoolers need before school.
What makes a good local daycare for my toddler?
Look for a predictable daily rhythm, plenty of hands-on play, nutritious meals, and educators who clearly enjoy being with children. A warm, secure environment helps toddlers settle quickly — and once they feel safe, that’s when curiosity and learning take off. Being close to home in Queensland also means familiar surroundings and an easy routine.
